Jeff, sometimes Visual Studio is fussy about installing templates. You can usually fix the problem by doing the following: 1. Close all instances of Visual Studio 2. Run the Visual Studio Developer Command Prompt "As Administrator" 3. In the Command Prompt enter: DEVENV /SETUP 4. Relaunch Visual Studio
